Frequently asked questions about pricing
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There is no minimum term.
Yes, permanently. The “Free” plan allows 2 simultaneously published passports and 3 AI analyses per month; the counter resets at the turn of the month. There is no expiry date and no credit card — if you need more, you change plan.
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA direct debit and, on request, invoice (from the Business plan up). Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
You are notified before you reach the limit. Existing products stay active. To create new ones, simply upgrade your plan.
All prices shown are net prices plus statutory VAT (19% for German customers). Businesses with a valid VAT ID in another EU country pay the net price (reverse charge).
